How to Tackle Challenges?
Do you think your problems are bigger than you or smaller than you? Everything lies in your mindset.
Step 1: Start thinking your problems are not as big as you think
Step 2: Level up your knowledege in whatever area you’re facing challenges. Knowledege is the best source of power.
Step 3: Take action. Move yourself. Often when problem comes, we stop taking action which leads to more problems, despite all the odds, keep moving.
Step 4: Visualse your siutation is getting better, you’re becoming stronger. You have acquried enough knowledge and SKILLS to overcome your problems.
Step 5: Inculcate certain values in your life. When life seems tough, follow those values, you can even read famous biographies, how people delth with their challenges. This will give you inspiration.
When you’re inspired, take action. And use that build momentum. You can put yourself in the upward direction.
