The Secret to Real Progress (Especially When You Feel Stuck)
Take Action, Evaluate, Repeat: Your Roadmap to Speaking Mastery
Hey Genius Speakers!
When you take action but nothing seems to change, that's not the reality.
At a very micro level, things have started to change, which we can't see with our naked eyes.
For example, you posted 5-10 speeches in the community. You haven't experienced any improvements in your speaking skills yet.
You start to think it's not working for you. However, if you post speeches regularly and keep doing it until you have posted your 50th speech, when you analyze your 1st and 50th speech, you would see a difference.
You have to take a certain level of action to start seeing results.
Posting 2-3 speeches won't create much change, but if you increase the volume of your speeches and have posted 10-30 speeches, then you start to experience some change in your speaking skills.
Key Takeaways
If you're doing something, don't give up easily. Keep doing it.
From time to time, analyze where you're looking.
Just posting speeches won't help. Evaluate your speeches too and see where you could improve next time.
Some take too much action that they forget to realize if they're putting efforts in the right direction or not.
The Right Action Cycle
Take action → Evaluate your actions → Keep taking action.
Your Action Steps
1. Post speeches
2. Evaluate your speeches when you've posted 10 speeches
3. Implement your learnings in the next 10 speeches
Repeat this cycle of improvement 5-10 times, and you can become a much more confident and fluent speaker.
It's not all about taking action. It's about taking action in the right direction. Pause, think, and then act.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions. True, without self-evaluation just for the sake of posting is a futile excercise
